Hey there!

This week we're highlighting how high fashion brands are trying to stay relevant in an industry that is increasingly affected by trends set by Millennials and Gen Z on social media. My favorite is Updated Americana, in which the idea of Americana fashion makes way for modern, inclusive representations that better highlight the lifestyle, political, and social media habits of younger demographics.

An especially interesting example is the fashion house Nonich, started by two teenagers that wanted to combine their passions for art, fashion, news and philanthropy. The brand perfectly encompasses both the aesthetics popular among Gen Z, and their tendency to be heavily involved in politics and activism.

Enjoy!
